The Government of the Russian Federation approves the Agreement between Caspian states, which is intended to develop the Caspian Sea region as a large international transport hub with good infrastructure and a high level of cooperation in international transport between the Caspian states.
The Agreement was drafted by the Ministry of Transport in accordance with the decisions of the Fourth Caspian Summit held in Astrakhan on 29 September 2014.
The aim of the Agreement is to develop the Caspian Sea region as a large international transport hub with good infrastructure and a high level of cooperation in international transport between the Parties.
The Agreement will promote cooperation in transport between the Caspian states.
