At a videoconference in the Ministry of the Interior with the personnel of its Directorate in the Nenets Autonomous Region, Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev introduced new Head of the Directorate, Police Colonel Oleg Ilyinikh.
The Minister reminded his subordinates of the need to reduce the time spent on providing state (municipal) services. In addition, Mr Kolokoltsev pointed out to the police heads the need to exercise strict control over their personnel and to reinforce discipline. He stressed that it is inadmissible to backdate the dismissal of police officers and called for prompt and effective responses to breaches of the code of discipline.
