In particular, he recalled that the Ministry is finalising the drafting of an approved federal targeted programme, Eliminating the Accumulated Environmental Damage, in 2014-2025. In addition, work is nearly finished on a list of priority projects which are geographically spread over 45 Russian regions. “All in all, we are planning to spend over 165 billion roubles from the federal budget on implementing the projects to eliminate the accumulated damage,” the Minister said.
