The summit participants discussed issues of bilateral and multilateral international cooperation such as the work on a new basic agreement, prospects for introducing visa-free short-term travel for EU and Russian citizens and interactions in the sphere of freedom, security and justice. The sides also touched upon progress in the development of the Partnership for Modernisation initiative.
The sides signed an agreement on drug precursors aimed at strengthening cooperation in controlling and supervising the sales of these substances.
