In her address to the general meeting, Healthcare Minister Veronika Skvortsova recalled that the Strategy for the Development of Medical Science elaborated by the Ministry of Healthcare jointly with colleagues from the Russian Medical Sciences Academy was approved by the Government at the end of 2012.
“To date, our work on the concept of the federal targeted programme for developing medical science is complete and it will shortly be submitted to the Government,” Ms Skvortsova said.
In addition, she said that the draft law On the Turnover of Biomedical Cellular Products has been filed for approval to the federal executive bodies, after which it will be submitted to the Government.
