The draft law would establish a uniform system for special assessments of working conditions in order to identify work-related risks.
The results of these special assessments will be used to establish guarantees and compensation for workers employed in hazardous occupations and to determine the amount of additional contributions to their pension insurance.
The working group includes representatives of national trade unions, associations of employers and federal executive bodies.
The participants supported the concept of the draft prepared by the Ministry of Labour and outlined the primary aims of the proposed system for special assessments of working conditions.
To complete the draft law and prepare it for submission to the Government, the working group will form sub-groups responsible for the different sections of the draft law. They will also review amendments made during public discussion and departmental coordination of the draft law.
