Participants in the meeting discussed the provision of the most popular government, municipal and socially important online services, as well as mechanisms of public oversight, expert assessment and feedback. Furthermore, participants in the meeting discussed implementation of the open data concept, as well as the affordability and quality of housing and municipal utility services.
Minister for Relations with the Open Government Mikhail Abyzov told the meeting that it was necessary to standardise all government services, to make them more convenient for people and to improve the system used to evaluate final results. The Minister said all citizens should be afforded the right to provide feedback on the quality of government services. In addition, the Minister proposed more actively involving the business community in assessing the quality of government services.
The meeting was attended by Minister for Relations with the Open Government Mikhail Abyzov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Regional Development Igor Slyunyayev, as well as members of the Government Commission and the Government’s Expert Council.
