“A permanent working group including representatives of charity organisations will be established under the Ministry of Healthcare,” Minister of Healthcare Veronika Skvortsova told the Council meeting.
She said this will make it possible to coordinate the activity of charity foundations and other welfare-oriented non-profit organisations and to improve their cooperation with state agencies in the sphere of healthcare.
Representatives of charity foundations can contact the help@rosminzdrav.ru hotline service, which was opened February 20, 2013 on the official Ministry of Healthcare website. It takes three to 14 days to process a request.
Charity and other specialised welfare-oriented non-profit organisations should submit proposals on cooperation with children’s homes and boarding schools, as well as proposals on guardianship, to the Ministry of Healthcare by April 15.
