The Joint Action Programme between the Russian Federation and the Netherlands for 2014-2016 is aimed at creating favourable conditions for the development of Russian-Dutch cooperation.
The experience acquired during the implementation of the five previous programmes has shown that the document is an efficient tool for bilateral cooperation with the Netherlands, which in recent years has become one of Russia’s leading foreign trade and economic partners.
Developed on the basis and as a continuation of the previous programme for 2011-2013, the Joint Action Programme for 2014-2016 covers key aspects of bilateral relations, including political dialogue, inter-parliamentary contacts, cooperation in the economic, financial, trade, cultural and social spheres and between military agencies, and interregional, academic and technological cooperation.
