On submitting to the State Duma a draft law by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Space Agency to ratify an agreement between the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Nicaragua on cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes The agreement envisages, among other things, the installation of GLONASS differential correction and monitoring stations in the Republic of Nicaragua.
