Dmitry Medvedev has instructed the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia (Andrei Belousov) and the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (Igor Artemyev) to develop and duly submit to the Government a draft federal law prescribing the mandatory disclosure of information on the ultimate owners (beneficiaries) of strategic assets.
