1. Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph 1: 

The Ministry of Justice (Alexander Konovalov), the Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov), the Ministry of Finance (Anton Siluanov), the Ministry of Labour (Maxim Topilin), the Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov) and the Federal Bailiff Service (Artur Parfenchikov)

Deadline: March 18, 2013.

2. Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 1:

The Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov), the Ministry of Finance (Anton Siluanov), the Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov), the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development (Veronika Skvortsova), and the Ministry of Labour (Maxim Topilin)

3. Subparagraph (c) of Paragraph 1:

The Ministry of Labour (Maxim Topilin), the Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov), the Ministry of Finance (Anton Siluanov), the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development (Veronika Skvortsova), the Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov) and the Ministry of Regional Development (Igor Slyunyaev)

Deadline: April 1, 2013.

4. Subparagraph (d) of Paragraph 1:

The Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development (Veronika Skvortsova), the Ministry of Regional Development (Igor Slyunyaev), the Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov) and the Ministry of Finance (Anton Siluanov), jointly with the regional executive authorities

Deadline: June 15, 2013.

4. Subparagraph (e) of Paragraph 1:

The Ministry of Finance (Anton Siluanov), the Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov), the Ministry of Labour (Maxim Topilin) and the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development (Veronika Skvortsova)

Deadline: March 18, 2013.

The results of fulfilling the instructions are to be reported to the Government, together with the draft reports to the President, by the deadlines specified.
