Government discusses arranging the provision of state and municipal services on the one-stop shop model

Following the Government's meeting of October 11, 2012, federal executive bodies and state non-budget funds agencies have been tasked with developing draft plans and schedules for organising the provision of state and municipal services on the one-stop shop model and submitting them to the Government Commission on Administrative Reform by December 1, 2012.

Federal executive bodies and state non-budget funds agencies are also tasked with bringing their regulatory legal acts, including administrative provisions on rendering state services, in accordance with Federal Law No. 133-FZ of July 28, 2012.

In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development together with the Ministry of Finance have to draw up by April 1, 2013 proposals on compensating Russia's regions for expenses related to providing state services of federal executive bodies and state non-budget funds agencies on the one-stop shop model at integrated government service centres.

Executive bodies of the regions of the Russian Federation should approve by March 1, 2013 the draft plans/schedules for organising the provision of state and municipal services on the one-stop shop model, as well as determine the locations of integrated government service centres, including distant locations.
