Resolution No. 6461097 of 28 August 2026
A resolution has been signed to extend restrictions on the export of diesel fuel, marine fuel, and gas oils from Russia by direct producers through September 30, 2026.
The decision is aimed at maintaining stability in the domestic fuel market.
The general ban on fuel exports from Russia remains in effect until January 31, 2027. Previously, the restrictions for direct producers of diesel fuel, marine fuel, and gas oils were due to remain in effect until August 31, 2026.
