Andrei Yurin, Igor Kagramanyan and Tatyana Yakovleva – Deputy Ministers of Healthcare;

Sergei Velmyaikin – State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Healthcare;

Gennady Kondratov, Igor Averin, Ivan Blagodyrya and Yury Onopriyenko – Deputy Ministers for the Development of the Russian Far East;

Pavel Kolobkov – Deputy Minister of Sport;

Alexander Povalko – Deputy Minister of Education and Science;

Natalya Tretyak – State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Education and Science;

Igor Manylov – Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
