The message reads, in part:

“His Majesty’s entire life is an example of  service to his country and people. I would like to emphasise his large personal contribution to consolidating the  friendship and partnership between Russia and Thailand.

“Mr Prime Minister, I would like to ask you to convey my sympathy and support to the members of the royal family. We share the grief and pain of the people of Thailand.”
