The message to the acting Prime Minister of Serbia reads, in part:

“Serbian citizens expressed their support for your policy, which focuses special attention on strengthening strategic partnership with Russia. I would like to confirm our willingness to further develop Russian-Serbian cooperation and efficiently implement major joint projects in various fields.”
