Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of the Government Staff Sergei Prikhodko will head the Russian delegation to Paris by orders of the Prime Minister.

The construction of the Russian Spiritual and Cultural Centre began on Quai Branly in Paris in 2013. The complex will be part of the Russian Embassy and will include the St Trinity Church, a culture centre, parish buildings and the first Russian-French primary school in France.

On 18 March, the day before the ceremony, Sergei Prikhodko will meet with the leaders of the French Presidential Executive Office and Government to discuss current issues of Russian-French cooperation.
