The message of condolences to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Prayut Chan-o-cha reads, in part:

“On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation and myself, I would like to offer our deepest condolences in connection with great loss of life following a terrorist attack in Bangkok.

“This crime cannot be justified. We share the grief of the relatives and friends of those killed, and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured.”
