During a telephone conversation, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Premier of China's State Council Li Keqiang, exchanged opinions on topical issues of Russia-China relations, and noted the high level of overarching bilateral cooperation.

Dmitry Medvedev also congratulated Li Keqiang on his 60th birthday.
