Mr Prime Minister,

On behalf of the Russian Government and myself, I would like to express our condolences in view of the tragic deaths of those who were praying at a mosque in Kuwait City. 

This inhuman terrorist attack committed during the sacred Muslim month of Ramadan is inexcusable. It is important for the international community to strengthen its coordinated efforts in combating terrorist and extremist challenges.

Mr Prime Minister, please allow me to express my sympathy to the victims’ families. I wish a speedy recovery to those who were injured.
