During the talks Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and his Iraqi counterpart Haider al-Abadi will discuss ways of upgrading the contractual foundation of bilateral relations, promoting educational and cultural ties as well as other issues of mutual interest.

The Iraqi Prime Minister will be in Moscow at the invitation of the Russian President.
