During the talks, the Russian Prime Minister and the Chinese President will discuss a wide range of current bilateral issues, with an emphasis on boosting trade and economic cooperation, implementing major joint projects in energy, industry and high technology, and expanding humanitarian exchanges.

Mr Xi will be in Russia on an official visit at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin.
