The executive order and schedule of regulatory acts for the implementation of the strategy have been drafted by the Russian Energy Ministry in compliance with the President’s Executive Order No. 1567 of November 22, 2012.

 The strategy’s objective is to provide reliable, qualitative, and accessible energy supply by establishing a maximum efficiency network infrastructure which meets global standards.
