The message reads, in part:

Russia and Armenia are bound by relations of alliance and strategic partnership based on the traditions of friendship between our two peoples.

I am convinced that the further development of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, investment, scientific, technological and other areas, the implementation of new large-scale joint projects and the full participation of Armenian partners in Eurasian integration fully meet the interests of our states.

I am ready to work with you in a constructive manner on all pressing issues related to cooperation between the governments of Russia and Armenia.
