The Ministry of Finance has elaborated a draft law introducing amendments to Article 317 of the federal Customs Regulation law. The draft provides the Government with the right to conduct operational regulation of the procedures of duty-free customs clearance for merchandise carried in by international delivery operators to a private individual’s address.

The draft has been considered and approved at a Government meeting of 27 February 2014.
