The parties continued to discuss the situation in Ukraine. The Russian Prime Minister spoke about the need to protect the interests of all Ukrainian citizens, including in the Crimea, as well as Russian citizens in Ukraine. Issues related to the G8 Summit and economic sanctions were not raised.
