Education
1998: Graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.
2004: Graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Experience
1998−2000: Worked at the Committee for Land Resources and Land Management (Roskomzem) of the Russian Federation.
2000−2001: Worked at the Land Cadastre Chamber.
2001−2005: Held different positions, including that of Deputy Department Head at the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography and the Federal Agency for Real Estate Cadastre.
2005−2011: Worked at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and was Deputy Director of the Ministry’s Department of Real Estate.
2011−2012: Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration.
2012−2015: Director, Department of Land Policy, Property Relations and State Property at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
2015−2016: State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
2016−2020: Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
January 21, 2020: Appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation by a Presidential Executive Order.
Awarded the Medal of the Order For Services to the Fatherland, 2nd Class.
