The directive prolongs the export duty benefit on oil extracted at four deposits in the 4^th quarter of 2013 – the North-Talakanskoye, East-Alinskoye, Yuri Korchagin, and Dulisminskoye oil fields.

The resolution No 846 of September 26, 2013, sets the terms for drafting proposals on using special export duty rates for oil.

On deposits, from which a certain amount of extracted oil may be exported using special export duty rates
