On establishing rate of export customs duties on goods exported from the Russian Federation to countries that are not among the member-states of the Customs Union

This document has been drawn up by the Ministry of Economic Development.

The document brings current Russian Federation export customs duty rates into compliance with Russia’s international obligations within a year of joining the World Trade Organisation.

The document has been approved by the Sub-Commission for Customs Tariff and Non-Tariff Regulation and Protective Measures in Foreign Trade under the Government Commission for Economic Development and Integration.

The resolution provides for a partial reduction of export customs duty rates (from 10 to 25 percent) for the entire range of goods that are subject to export duties.
