The Commission is a coordinating body established to ensure a unified state approach to protecting the rights and interests of minors. 

The Commission has the following responsibilities:

  • to coordinate the work of federal and regional executive bodies aimed at enforcing the legislation covering prevention of neglect, juvenile delinquency, and protection of minors' rights;

  •  to develop coordinated approaches to handling priority issues, such as prevention of neglect, juvenile delinquency, and protection of minors' rights.
