In keeping with the agenda, the Board discussed the state of the combat training system in the Armed Forces and how to improve it.

The Board also considered a report on the Airborne Troops’ development prospects, delivered by Commander-in-Chief of the Airborne Troops Col. Gen. Vladimir Shamanov.

The participants then discussed the standard solutions used in the construction of combined-arms, specialised military, social, cultural and everyday facilities. The report on this was delivered by Director of the Federal Agency for Special Construction Grigory Naginsky.
