Proposals for the supply of foreign-made medical goods, except those from Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, shall be turned down if at least two proposals are received for the supply of medical goods from Russia, Armenia, Belarus or Kazakhstan. This will help expand domestic production of medical goods.
