On amending export customs duties rates, on exports from Russia to countries outside the member states of the Customs Union The reduction in export duties will apply to certain types of seafood, seeds, mineral products, rawhides, wood and wood products, precious and semi-precious stones and metals, scrap iron, refined copper, alloys and master alloys of copper, nickel and nickel items, aluminum and aluminum items and base metals and items.
