Following the results of the April 4, 2013 meeting of the Interdepartmental Group for Railway Transport Development, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich instructed the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport, the Federal Agency for Rail Transport, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology and Russian Railways to ensure the implementation of the Action Plan to improve the safety of rolling stock production and operation.
